Halting facilities

1) Jungle camping by Thenmala Ecotourism Promotion Society 
The facility is provided near Thenmala dam junction where two such camps with bed room,toilet and sit out facilities are provided .A family consisting max 4 can be accommodated in a unit.The rate per day is Rs 600|person or Rs 1000|2 persons and Rs 250|-for additional persons. 
2) Dormitory facility by Thenmala Ecotourism Promotion Society 
The dormitory can provide accommodation to 40 persons @ Rs 85 + Taxes. 
3) Information Centre of Sanctuary 
The information centre of Shendurney Wild life sanctuary near Thenmala dam junction provides accommodation to 40 persons @ Rs 80| persons. 
4) Inspection Bunglow at Ottakkal 
The rooms can be provided to tourists only on the basis of advance booking as per existing government rates.
